Corners
|
“W” Outside Corner
These corners are used with two properly sized fillers to make up any outside corner requirement. Available in two sizes, these corners take up 2” or 4” of wall on each side. Made from extruded aluminum. Nominal or full sizes.
|
Extruded Hinged Corner (3”x3” shown)
Hinge corners are widely used for bay windows, usually 45 degrees. When pouring 8” walls, place a 3”x 3” hinge inside and a 6”x 6” hinge outside. This is very close to a 45-degree angle. For 10” walls, use 3”x 3” inside and 7”x 7” outside. (Caution: Ties must not be bent when clamped in forms. Shim to prevent bending and to develop accurate degree of turn.)
Available in smooth or brick face.
Specify hole pattern.
Sizes: 2”x 2”, 3”x 3”, 4”x 4”, 6”x 6”, and 7”x 7” (heights 1’ to 9’)

Extruded Inside Corner (4”x4” and 6”x6” shown)
Extruded aluminum inside corners. 4”x4”, 4”x6”, and 6”x6” sizes for nominal or full walls. Use with all types of outside corners. A 5”x5” size is available for full ties only.

Angled Outside Corner
Extruded aluminum outside corner angles (2”x2”x1/4”) take up no wall measurement. They can be used for smooth and brick outside corners.
|
Wrap-Around Corner Form
One-piece, wrap-around corners assemble faster and are less expensive than three-piece corners. They improve corner appearance and are offered in many sizes for either nominal or full width walls. These corners nest together for compact storage and hauling.
|
Offset Inside Corner
Used for creating wall offsets, these forms have 2” increments for different size offsets. Also, two offset inside corners and one form can be used to create pilasters in walls.
